This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 945 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, an FIR in crime No. 945 of 2020 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307 and 506(2) of IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed before the Juvenile Board, Madurai.
3.Since the prayer is to quash the FIR and the respondent police have already completed the investigation and filed final report and as per the FIR, there are some allegation to constitute offences against the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report in the 2/4
manner known to law. Therefore, this criminal original petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
