This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry in Crime No.66 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the petitioners are not harassed by the respondent police.
3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, it is open to the respondent to take appropriate action in the manner known to law.
