ORDER

The defendant in O.S.No.29 of 2025, on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul, has filed the present revision petition to strike off the plaint. 1/4

2.A perusal of the records reveal that the said suit has been filed by the respondents herein to declare that the suit schedule property belongs to him and he has further prayed for permanent injunction not to disturb his possession. The plaintiff has further prayed that the settlement deed, dated 31.12.2012 standing in the name of the first defendant is null and void. 3.The present revision petition has been filed to strike off the plaint raising various factual disputes with regard to the schedule of property and the settlement deed which are challenged in the suit. This Court does not find any reasons, whatsoever, to invoke Order 7 Rule 11 of C.P.C. to reject the plaint. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the revision petitioner to raise all these grounds during trial.
