ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioners in the guise of petition enquiry by the 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that no case is pending as against the petitioners, before the first respondent police and would, therefore, submit that there is no harassment at the hands of the respondents police, as alleged by the petitioners.
