To set aside Judgement and Decree passed in A.S.no: 126 of 2017 dated 27-02-2019 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam confirming the judgement and decree passed in O.S.No: 370 of 2014 dated 23-01-2017 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur.

CMP(MD) No.3046 of 2020 ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.VALLINAYAGAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The petition is filed to condone the delay of 116 days in representing the second appeal in S.A.(MD)No.SR57740 of 2019.

2. Though the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory, an opportunity for the petitioner is to be given. Hence, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) to the credit of the "District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam" (payable in Account No.10767823177, SBI, Periyakulam), on or before 12.06.2020.
