2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent on instructions would submit that though a complaint was received from second respondent and an enquiry was conducted the same has been closed. Hence, it is stated that there is no scope of harassment and no further enquiry is necessary in connection with the complaint of the second respondent. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
