This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to file a charge sheet in FIR in Crime No.213 of 2016 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that that if two months' time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.213 of 2016 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, either https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, before the concerned jurisdictional Court.
