ORDER

The defacto complainant Muthukumar/R2 is present in person. The petitioners Alagarsamy and Aruna are also present in person. The parties have resolved their differences. Muthukumar has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR.

2.Since the defacto complainant himself wants to give quietus to the matter, I am of the view that keeping the FIR alive will not serve any purpose. Therefore, in the interest of justice, the impugned FIR stands quashed. This criminal original petition is allowed.
