To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent i.e, the State Level Empowered Committee, Integrated Finance Complex, Chennai to pass appropriate orders on the further appeal preferred by the petitioner on 21.01.2021, regarding reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him on 17.08.2018, wwithin a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Honble Court and pass such other orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
