O R D E R

The Criminal Original petition is filed against the order dated 21.08.2017 passed in Cr.M.P.No.3867 of 2017 by the Principal Sessions Judge i/c., Tirunelveli, for setting aside the imposed condition to comply with any other police station within the district of Tirunelveli after 6.00 p.m.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is present and submitted that the learned Sessions Judge has directed the petitioner to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders and during holidays, the petitioner shall report before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thiruvallur daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders.

3.It is admitted that the petitioner was released on bail on 21.08.2017, but, the petitioner has not chosen to comply with the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner has agreed to comply with the condition imposed by the Court below.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the charges levelled against the petitioner in this case, the petitioner is directed to comply with the condition as imposed by the learned Sessions Court for some period and thereafter, he can approach this Court for modification, if necessary. The petitioner is directed to comply the conditions imposed by the concerned Court from 29.09.2017.

5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
