RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Pass an order of the Extension of Time for a period of three weeks in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15458/2020 dated 22.12.2020. Order:This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.R.ANBARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15458 of 2020 dated 22.12.2020.

2. This Court by an order dated 22.12.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 22.12.2020 with a condition to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of Arignar Anna Cancer Institute, Kanchipuram with out prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial Court and thereafter the petitioner has filed a petition for extension of time in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2117 of 2021 and this Court by an order dated 22.03.2021 has extended one week time to comply with the conditions and posted the matter today.

3. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. Inview of the same, this Court is not inclined to grant any further time to comply with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2117 of 2021 4.In the result,the petition stands dismissed and the respondent police is directed to proceed further inaccordance with law.
