This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai to complete the trial in S.C.No.248 of 2010 within the time stipulated by this Court and further direct the respondent to produce the witnesses in the trial Court without any further delay.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

Considering the nature of the case and also considering the fact that the case in S.C.No.248 of 2010 is pertaining to the year 2010, the learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai is directed to complete the trial in S.C.No.248 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible, more particularly, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
