This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.105 of 2014 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
