O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the proceedings initiated by the respondent in D.V.O.P.No.8 of 2017 against the first petitioner who is the husband and 2,3 and 4 who are the mother-in-law, father-in-law and brother-in-law respectively. 2.A reading of the entire allegation in the complaint shows that the grievance of the respondent is only as against the husband who is the first petitioner. There are absolutely no averments as against the petitioners 2 to 4 and they have unnecessarily been made as parties in the petition. 3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, this criminal original petition is dismissed insofar as the first petitioner is concerned. The proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.8 of 2017 is quashed insofar as the petitioners 2, 3 and 4 are concerned. This criminal original petition is allowed insofar as the petitioners 2, 3 and 4 are concerned.
