(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) This petition has been filed by the mother, seeking production of her daughter, Karpagam, aged 21 years.

2.Both the detenue and her husband 4th respondent/Anbu Saravanan, whose name has been wrongly mentioned as Saravanan in the petition, have been produced by the third respondent. Anbu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Saravanan produced Transfer Certificate to show that he has undergone Civil Engineering Course and that his date of birth is 24.03.1996. Thus, he is 22 years of age, while the detenue is 21. Both are majors and of marriageable age, have decided to reside together at Sekkumedu, Velayutha Palayam, Karur District. 3.Recording the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
