The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein to provide necessary Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner, on the basis of his Representation dated 08.10.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, two FIRs were registered and forwarded to the Executive Magistrate under Section 144 of Cr.P.C., and enquiry is pending.
