The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that 13 cases registered against the petitioner, which are of grievous in nature are pending. His further contention is that the petitioner is a History Sheeter and initiating proceedings under Section 110(e) of the Code of Criminal Procedure is also pending in LIR No.06 of 2020 (Laid Information Report).
