Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner wants the petition-mentioned decree to be registered by the third respondent.

3. The petitioner's request was rejected on the ground that it is an ex-parte decree. It has been held more than once by this Court that even an ex-parte decree can be registered.

4. In this view of the matter, the order impugned in this writ petition is set aside. The petitioner is permitted to re-present the document. The third respondent will receive it and register the same subject to fulfilment of the other usual formalities. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
