This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.269 of 2017 on the file of the respondent herein for offences under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., against the accused persons within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) however on instructions submitted that Charge Sheet has already been filed on 26.07.2017 and a copy of the same also is handed over today to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
