ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.The prayer in the writ petition cannot be granted by the Writ Court. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional Civil Court for appropriate relief. If any suit is filed by the petitioner, it shall be numbered immediately and taken on file. The petitioner is given liberty to file an interlocutory application and the said I.A. will be taken up immediately and given expeditiously disposal. The petitioner can implead the respondents 1 and 2 in the I.A. alone without impleading them as defendants in the main suit. 2/4
