The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.49 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police dated 28.02.2015 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 355 and 420 I.P.C and quash the same as illegal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.47 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
