This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to issue a non traceable certificate for the sale deed bearing Document Number 2481 of 1983 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Madurai South, Madurai. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the respondent police has already issued a non traceable certificate to the petitioner on 06.03.2018.
