(Order of this Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU, J.) The Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent no.2 to remove the illegal encroachments put up by the 3rd and 4th respondents in the Public Pathway and Poramboke land on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2018.

2. After notice, the matter was adjourned for several occasions and thereafter, it is posted today finally for hearing. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents 3 and 4 have removed the encroachments and therefore, as on today, there is no encroachment in the subject matter property.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader also submitted that there is no encroachment as the respondents 3 & 4 have themselves closed the pit excavated by them in a potion of S.No.471/1.
