This writ petition has been filed to call for the records on the file of the respondent pertaining to its order bearing No.04, dated 21.02.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to accept the payment of property tax excluding solid waste user charges (SUC) in accordance with law. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made the following endorsement :
