ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2019 with regard to making entries in his Service Register regarding his service as Male Nursing Assistant, Grade-I from 01.06.1988 and to send the revised pension proposals. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he was serving as a Special Grade Male Nursing Assistant in the Panchayat Union Hospital, Kalakad. He retired from service on 31.03.2013. According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 12.03.2019 to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to make entries in his Service Register regarding his service as Male Nursing Assistant, Grade-I from 01.06.1988 and to get the revised pension. But no order has been passed on the same till date. Hence, this writ petition has been filed seeking the aforementioned relief.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and appropriate orders be passed by the respondent.

5.In view of the above submission, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
