ORDER: This Petition coming on this day under the caption "For Extension of time" and upon perusing the Letter in D.No.4159 dated 12/12/2015 submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar and the earlier Order of this Court dtaed 06/04/2015 and in the presence of Mr.G.Mariappan, Advocate for the Petitioner and Mrs.S.Prabha, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the Court made the following Order:- The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar , sought further extension of two months time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.135 of 2013.
2.Time is extended for further period of two months, with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar , to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time.
