This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that at the instance of the third respondent, the petitioner is put to harassment. It is further stated that earlier a complaint that was preferred by the third respondent on the same facts was enquired into and closed. However, it is further stated that the third respondent has once again given a false complaint and that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent on the basis of such false complaint has once again started enquiring into the complaint.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) however on instructions submitted that no further complaint was given by the third respondent and that therefore there is no harassment. It is also stated that no enquiry is contemplated.
