Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.54 of 2015 pending on the file of the second respondent Police to any other higher Officer under the direct supervision of the first respondent and further to file the final report in the said case within a reasonable time period.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.54 of 2015 pending on the file of the second respondent Police to any other higher Officer under the direct supervision of the first respondent and further to file the final report in the said case within a reasonable time period.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even though the case has been registered in Crime No.54 of 2015, the second respondent police has not taken any steps for investigating the matter and filing the charge sheet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) sought two months time for filing final report.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the second respondent to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and to file the charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
