This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and for putting up compound wall in his property on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2015.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending.
3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.

4. The question of granting police protection would depend upon the enquiry. After the enquiry is being concluded, it is well open to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner.
