ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's long standing service as an NMR employee under the 4th respondent and regularize her service, based on the representation dated 12.02.2019, the petitioner is before this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
3.The case of the petitioner is that she is working as an NMR employee under the fourth respondent Department since 2006. Seeking regularization of her service, the petitioner made a representation dated 12.02.2019 to the respondents. Since no order has been passed on the same, this writ petition has been filed. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and appropriate orders be passed. 5.In view of the above submission, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
