ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 2nd Respondent to consider Petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2022 and to recover the Passenger Auto Rickshaw vide TN 92E0578, which in Petitioner wife's name I.e. Beer Fathima from the said Marimuthu and produce before the Learned jurisdictional Magistrate Court, Tiruchendur, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the compromise has been reached between the parties.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that since the compromise has been reached between the parties, the First Information Report has been closed as mistake of fact on 13.03.2023.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
