This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to change and appoint any other Investigating Officer instead of the third respondent under the supervision of the second respondent and expeditiously file a final report in Crime No.15 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.15 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
