PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent District Educational Officer herein to forthwith accord prior permission to fill up the sanctioned vacancy of single post of Secondary Grade Teacher and further to approve forthwith the appointment of V.U.Vijuline Olivia as Secondary Grade teacher in the petitioner's school namely, Daniel Primary School, Keelakottai w.e.f., 12.04.2023 and to disburse grant-in-aid towards her salary with all benefit from the date of her appointment.
