For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- for Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. Not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner has filed this anticipatory bail petition alleging for the offences under Sections 294 (b), 323 and 506 (I) of I.P.C, showing that the crime number is not known, whereas, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that a complaint has been given by one Sahul hameed, son of Kasali, against this petitioner and three others, alleging that when his wife and sister came to house of Basheer Ahamed, to get back the money lend to them, the petitioner and others brutally attacked them with iron rod, in which, his wife Arabia Banu has sustained head injury and admitted in the Hospital.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State submitted that the said complaint is registered as Crime No.45 of 2020, on the file of the Aruppukottai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Town Police Station, Virudhunagar, for the offences under Sections 294 (b), 324, 506 (ii) I.P.C. read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. Investigation could not be proceeded due to non co-operation of the petitioners. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is of the view that the petition for anticipatory bail cannot be entertained.
