ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 307 IPC r/w 379 IPC & 20 (1) (5) Mines and Minerals Development Regulation Act in Crime No.74 of 2011, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The petitioner is figuring as A2 in S.C.No.177 of 2012 on the file of the Additional Sessions Court, Usilampatti. The petitioner has been absconding since in the year 2015.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the trial has substantially progressed and it is pending for the IO examination. The petitioner was not arrested by the Police. Pursuant to the issuance of the Non-Bailable Warrant, the petitioner on his own came to this Court to undertake to surrender and cooperate for the speedy conclusion of the trial. The undertaking given by the petitioner is recorded.

Court. The Trial Court is directed to re-call the warrant issued against the petitioner on the same day if the petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
