Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the names of the respondents 5 to 8 from the revenue records as well as from the patta pass book and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.39/6 and 39/8 of an extent of 39.25 cents situated at Andankovil East Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District based on the proceedings issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.A2/4366/2007, dated 27.03.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the subject property. In this regard, the petitioner has given an application.

3.The second respondent shall consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
