ORDER

The petitioner wants to conduct the petition mentioned event on 09.03.2020. The petitioner has already given representation dated 26.02.2020 to the second respondent. The petitioner's counsel states that there is no rival claim.

2.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions as he deems fit to ensure the smooth conduct of the event. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that the petitioner will abide by all the conditions that may be imposed by the second respondent.
