ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, based on the representation dated 21.12.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3354 of 2022 dated 22.02.2022, survey was undertaken on 20.05.2022 and fixed the boundaries under the police protection. He would further submit that now the respondents 4 to 8 are continuously giving trouble to the petitioner and on that ground, the petitioner has sent a representation. 2/4
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending for consideration.
4. In view of the above, let the second respondent herein consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2022 by summoning the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 8 to ascertain the ground reality. Depending upon the situation, further action may be taken by the second respondent. The above said process may be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of appearance of the parties.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
