2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that after conducting the trial, the case was ended in acquittal on 07.08.2018. Hence, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
