2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 17.03.2023, considering the relationship between the parties, this Court referred the matter to the mediation centre.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, a report is received from the Mediation Centre, wherein it stated that some sort of settlement is arrived between the parties.
