This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to call for the records pertaining to F.I.R. in Crime No.429 of 2019 of Courtallam Police Station and quash the same as illegal.
2. Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would contend that the investigation in the instant case is concluded and a final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sengottai in C.C.No.34 of 2021. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
