O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 24.02.2023, considering the nature of dispute, the fourth respondent is suo-motu impleaded in this matter and notice was also ordered to him.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the above said Bakialakshmi, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL.O.P(MD)No.3618 of 2023 the petitioner submitted that he has returned the above said document to the fourth respondent and with regard to the money, the petitioner is ready to return the same on installments. On the basis of the above said undertaking, the above said complaint was closed on 17.02.2023 by recording the submission of the parties.

4. Since already this petitioner has given a undertaking before the concerned authority, the question of harassment does not arise at all.

5. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
