These petitions are filed seeking a direction to the learned II Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonan to expedite the proceedings in STC Nos.372/2008, 292/2011, 578/2010, 496/2012, 841/2011 and 491 of 2011 respectively on its file and complete the same within a time-frame.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned II Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonan is directed to dispose of the case pending in STC Nos.372/2008, 292/2011, 578/2010, 496/2012, 841/2011 and 491/2011 respectively, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
