ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.131 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police dated 27.04.2022 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed referred the matter as 'Mistake of Fact' before the Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai. He would further submit that RCS notice was served on the petitioner/defacto complainant.

3. In view of the above said development, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 24.02.2023 NCC :
