PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Call for the records of the New Tender Notification Ref No.111/Mkg/2026 regarding Route No.73 and QUASH (CANCEL) the New Tender as illegal and DIRECT the Respondents to finish the Old Tender (Ref No. RURAL4646MKGII2024) by accepting the negotiated reduced price I offered, and issue the Work Order to petitioner immediately. 1/3

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the tender notification issued by the second respondent as illegal and direct the respondents to finish the old tender notification that was issued in the year 2025.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of the Court that the previous tender notification issued in the year 2025 has been cancelled on 13.01.2026 and a copy of the same has been served to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner in the open Court.

3. In view of the cancellation of the first tender notification issued in the year 2025, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the cancellation order of the first notification of the year 2025, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
