Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate departmental action against the respondents 3 and 5 based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2020. Whether to take disciplinary action against a particular employee or not is left to the discretion of the employer.

Writ Court exercising its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the constitution of India cannot give any direction to the employer. It is for the second respondent to look into the petitioner's representation and take whatever decision he deems fit. I am not in possession to make any observation beyond this. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
