This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Cr.No.23 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that on the basis of investigation, further action was dropped finding that there was no enmity between two group and that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
