Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.J.KARTHICK, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.S.CHANDRA SEKAR, The Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioners are unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.1543 of 2020 dated 06.02.2020.

CRL MP(MD) No.2289 of 2020 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 06.02.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1543 of 2020 is extended further for a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order as last chance.
