This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.18 of 2024 within the time 1/3

stipulated by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that already they have completed the investigation and filed final report and the case has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.10 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate for the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
