ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, the 2nd respondent police have frequently called the petitioner for enquiry based on the false complaint given by the private respondents no.3 and 4. The petitioner has also appeared so many times before the 2nd respondent, but frequently they have called the petitioner. Therefore, he sent a representation dated 17.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that already they have received the complaint from the private respondents and based on the complaint, they have issued summon to the petitioner and they enquired and thereafter, the complaint was closed.

4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the respondents no.3 and 4 2/4

inclined to dispose the petition by recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed and the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed, therefore this Criminal Original petition is closed.
